By accessing and using the Sevika HMS mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Sevika HMS is a comprehensive hospital management system that provides:

• Patient management and medical record keeping
• Doctor-patient communication and appointment scheduling
• Medication management and reminder services
• Pharmacy integration and medicine ordering
• Healthcare analytics and reporting tools

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Eligibility

To use Sevika HMS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if between 13-18
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

User Accounts
